How to conclude an agreement with a payment intermediary?
The Droplabs system allows you to connect payment intermediary: Autopay S.A. (formerly Blue Media).
Conclusion of an agreement with Autopay S.A. (formerly Blue Media)
We recommend concluding an agreement with Autopay S.A. (formerly Blue Media) due to the fact that both the establishment of cooperation and the management of the account does not require the creation of an additional account on the Autopay S.A. website, and is implemented through the Droplabs Panel.
- After creating an account and logging into the Droplabs dashboard, go to Step 0. Activate payments from customers.
- When you click on it, a form is shown, which must be completed according to the current data of the company, contained in databases such as CEIDG or KRS. By approving the form, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Autopay S.A. (formerly Blue Media), which contain, among other things, the table of fees charged by the payment intermediary and the terms of service provision.
- After completing the form, a window will be displayed with a button to transfer to payment. Autopay S.A. as a payment intermediary requires payment of a verification fee. It is PLN 19 and is necessary for the verification and approval of your company data by this payment intermediary. Be sure to make a transfer from the account number provided in the form.
- Once the data is verified and approved together with the transfer, the payment intermediary creates a sub-account for your company in its system, which will be affected by all payments from your customers who buy tickets online to the attraction.
Important: You can change the data in the form at any time, however, the change on the part of the payment intermediary requires filling in the form again and ordering a verification transfer in the amount of PLN 19
