Download and send tickets to the customer's email address

Accidentally deleted e-mail, problem with finding the right message — there can be many reasons why a customer can turn to the attraction with a request to re-deliver the purchased tickets. In Customer Service, at the request of a customer who has already made a purchase, you can:

  • download a PDF with the tickets purchased by him — go to the order details in the “Customer Service” module, click on “Show PDF”,
  • send tickets to the customer's e-mail address, which appears in the system — by going to the order details in the “Customer Service” module, click on “Send”.
