Customer service module in the Droplabs Panel

Automating the sales process does not mean that we leave visitors the attraction to themselves. The Droplabs panel gives you access to an extensive customer service module. With it, you can answer the customer's question about the order, log the entrance, make changes or make a return.

What can be done through the customer service module?

In the customer service module, you can conveniently and efficiently search for entire orders or individual tickets based on as many as 7 pieces of information:

  • e-mail address,
  • the number of the ticket,
  • order number,
  • the name of the client,
  • the identifier of the payment intermediary,
  • answer to a question (e.g. car registration number),
  • mobile phone number.

Once the order has been searched, go into its details and from this level you can first of all:

  • enter the data for the invoice and send a system request for its issuance to the accounting department,
  • view the e-receipt that was issued to the customer,
  • change email address — incorrectly entered email address is one of the most common reasons for tickets and purchase information not reaching the visitor,
  • change the term of use,
  • log entries both from Customer Service and through the Access Control module,
  • view and download PDF of tickets related to the order,
  • send the tickets again to the customer's e-mail address,
  • refund individual tickets as well as the entire order.

Where is Customer Support in the Droplabs Dashboard?

To check the details of the selected order or make changes to it, simply log in to the Droplabs Panel, go to the Sales Panel, select Sold from the menu, and then Customer Service.

What permissions do I need to have to access Customer Service through the Panel?

In the Droplabs Panel there are a number of permissions that allow you to access the Customer Support module, including the permission level only for customer service and reports. In this case, it is worth choosing when creating a user “Sales Management Permissions” and tick the appropriate options.
