Logging the use of the pass from the customer service module
Droplabs allows you to complete order handling, from purchasing a ticket on the website to controlling access to attractions and customer service. From the customer service module, you can log the use of each ticket.
- Log in to the Droplabs Panel, go to the Sales Panel, select Sold from the menu, then Customer Service and search for the relevant order.
- Going to the order details, next to each ticket you will find the “Log in Usage” button.
- Click and mark the selected ticket as used.
