Managing user accounts

In the Droplabs Panel, you have the opportunity to create separate accounts for your employees, so that they will have access to various functions of the online store. By creating an account for individual users, you can give them the desired permissions. You are able to decide whether your employee will only have the possibility of basic customer service or will be able to make major changes to the tickets and the online store without hindrance.

To manage user accounts, make sure that you have account with administrator rights. Click the button in the upper right corner and then select User Accounts.

Here you can preview your account, add, edit or delete a user account. After making a change in the account of the selected user, he will be automatically logged out.

Administrator Permissions

An account with Administrator privileges is the highest possible and critical privilege. The administrator is entitled to execute all orders related to the company account in Droplabs, including:

- termination of the account management contract

- request the deletion of all data

- change of account number affected by funds (after passing the verification process on the side of the payment intermediary)

- changes in company data

- acceptance of new terms of cooperation

- adding and modifying user accounts, including adjusting the rights of other users - also granting them the same Administrator permission.

- each Administrator can delete the account of another Administrator.

Sales Management Permissions

You have the option to give four different permissions to the sales panel:

  • Complete management of sales and account withdrawals — then the account has access to all the possibilities of the sales panel in each object created by you. Including those related to the withdrawal of funds and company settings. A user with such privileges also has access to the section Partners. This user can issue instructions for the deletion of data in accordance with the GDPR of a specific customer of the company.
  • Complete sales management — a user with these permissions has access to all functions related to the sales panel. However, there is no access to company settings, billing reports or a page related to the withdrawal of funds. User the latter may issue instructions for the deletion of data in accordance with the GDPR of a specific client of the company
  • Only customer service and reports for the facility — the account has access to customer service and reports for the facility. In this way, the employee has the opportunity to search for purchased tickets, change the e-mail address or add data to the invoice. Importantly, the operator of this account also has the possibility to make refunds of purchased tickets and mark the ticket as used. This user can issue instructions for the deletion of data in accordance with the GDPR of a specific customer of the company.
  • Only limited customer service and some reports for the facility — in this case, the account has access to customer service and some reports for the facility. However, the account has some restrictions related to the return of tickets and marking them as used. The employee has the possibility to return the ticket only up to 14 days after its purchase. In addition, it is not possible to mark the ticket as used if the deadline for its realization has already expired. The reports available under these permissions are: “Ticket usage”, “Tickets sold for a given redemption day”, “Summary of tickets sold for a given execution period” and “Ticket usage for selected service”.

Access Control Permissions

By giving the user this permission, you give them access to the entire Access Control module and to the Terminal application in the selected object. This primarily involves the possibility of verifying tickets using a scanner, camera, search engine and mobile application.Powers of the cashierIf the account you created will have Cashier Permissions, it means that it will have access to Cashier Panel. Thus, it will be able to sell services in the facility using the Droplabs Sales System.

Permissions to make business purchases

By giving permission to make business purchases, you allow the user to access Purchasing Panel. Thanks to this, he can order services from B2B partners and view already purchased services.
