Change your email address

The email address is the basic information that is necessary to provide when making a purchase through the Droplabs system. Moreover, the correctness of the address ensures that the tickets after the payment is posted will be sent to the right person.

However, it happens that the user makes a mistake when entering the email during the purchase or wants to change the address after making it. In this case, the attraction's customer service specialist can easily make the necessary changes.

  1. Log in to the Droplabs Panel, go to the Sales Panel, select Sold from the menu, then Customer Service and search for the relevant order.
  2. Go to the order details, click on the “...” (three dots) and select the “Change email address” option.
  3. After making changes, the new address is saved in the database and the order details and the ticket are sent to it.
