Change of the date of use of the ticket

Plans can change and often it is not up to us. In order to allow attraction customers to reschedule their ticket, without the need to request a refund and re-purchase with a different date, we provide the option to reschedule their ticket from Customer Service in the Droplabs Panel.

  1. Log in to the Droplabs Panel, go to the Sales Panel, select Sold from the menu, then Customer Service and search for the relevant order.
  2. Going to the details of the order, next to each ticket you will find the “Change date” button.
  3. Click and choose a new deadline for each ticket.

However, it is worth remembering that the change of the execution date is possible only for the day and/or time in which there are currently free dates for a given type of ticket.
