Cross-selling — exploiting the potential of different attractions

The cross-selling functionality allows you to cross-recommend the services of different attractions, thus maximizing the use of their potential. And what is the effect of this? Increase the number of potential visitors to your facility.

In practice, Droplabs cross-selling involves placing an invitation to purchase a selected service in a partner attraction in an email confirming the purchase of a ticket. Such an invitation consists of graphics, short text and a button that directs directly to the purchase page.

An example of cross-selling in the mail after buying a ticket in the Pirate Ship Czarna Perła on a desktop device, in the light version and after buying a tour from Tour Guide Service Gdańsk on a mobile device, in the dark version.

Now let's present cross-selling on an example that will clarify all doubts.

After purchasing a ticket for the pirate ship Czarna Perła in Gdańsk, the customer receives a summary of the order and an invitation to take advantage of the offer of visiting Westerplatte from Tour Guide Service Gdańsk in the mail.

The important thing is that the command can work in two directions. In this example, a customer who first buys a tour of Westerplatte from the Tour Guide Service Gdansk will see an incentive in the order confirmation email to get to Westerplatte by Black Pearl and will be able to buy a ticket for the ship immediately.
