E-receipts when purchasing tickets through the Droplabs system
When creating and developing our system, we focus on the technological development of the tourism industry. Another important step on this path is to enable attractions to fully digitize the purchasing process of visitors. This can be done using an e-receipt.
Together with almost 50 other Polish entrepreneurs and institutions, we took part in the project of the Foundation for the Development of Cashless Trade (FROB). Its goal is to digitize and modernize the Polish economy. The result of this project is the possibility of issuing e-receipts, that is, the electronic equivalent of ordinary, printed receipts. This involves the possibility of switching 100% to electronic fiscal documents only for online sales or for both online and stationary sales.

Among the details that you should know about how e-receipts work, we would like to highlight some of the most important ones:
- e-receipt is generated after confirmation of payment,
- e-receipt is issued through the cash register located at the attraction,
- issuing an e-receipt exempts from the obligation to print it in paper form,
- the customer receives a link to his e-receipt by e-mail,
- all e-receipts are stored in the e-receipt repository.
We have also introduced receipts with NIP, or so-called simplified invoices. Visitors to the attraction, which has integration with Spark enabled, by requesting an invoice for an order worth up to PLN 450 and specifying the NIP — receive a receipt with NIP.
A link to each e-receipt issued can be found in the Customer Panel. Simply log in to the Sales Panel, go to the customer service module, where you can check the e-receipt and other customer data in the details of the selected order.
