Since when have you worked with Droplabs?

We started our adventure with Droplabs last year. We are an Aquapark. This industry is characterized by the fact that in the summer period the traffic increases dynamically. In preparation for the season, we thought for a long time about how we can improve the sale of tickets in the Aquapark — how to do it from the technical side and what tools to use? We considered launching an online store in another popular service, but it was not a tool dedicated to services and we lacked some features, such as verifying tickets using QR codes.

There were times when customers asked if they could buy tickets online, such suggestions came from their side. This is also one of the reasons why we decided to do it. We wanted to meet them. Initially, we assumed that we would try at least in the summer season, when the traffic is greatest. We stayed with Droplabs for longer and have no regrets.

We have been trying to launch an online store for some time and were looking for a solution that would meet all or at least most of our needs. Above all, we wanted a simple, transparent panel that we would be able to manage completely independently and with which we would be able to set a specific pool of tickets, for a specific part of the day. You mentioned the personalization of the panel. What does it consist of?

We mainly sell tickets to the Aquapark and event tickets online. We differentiate our offer according to your needs. We were very keen on this opportunity, because we operate a little differently in the winter season and differently in the summer season. During the holiday season, we only provide all-day and evening tickets. We don't sell morning tickets because that's when there's the biggest traffic. Thanks to the fact that we can accurately determine the pool of tickets and the time in which they are valid, we can control the situation in the Aquapark. In addition, Droplabs works great with us during seasonal initiatives organized in our Aquapark. For example, when we organized special events in saunas, online sales improved the process of controlling the number of people we let in. Previously, we carried out such things in a stationary store, made a list of names, and our employees had to manually verify each payment and check the names on the list. This caused problems because there were deficiencies in the letters and we did not have access to the payment history. Everyone entered in an instant, and every mistake caused delay and customer dissatisfaction. With codes, it goes much more smoothly, and in case of doubt, our employees are able to quickly check and verify everything on the spot. We have less work and our customers are happier.

How do you see the future?

I am very pleased that we are now able to sell tickets in a modern and at the same time simple form that Droplabs provides us. We require a minimum of information from customers, in fact only what is necessary to process the payment. This is why we feel that we are a little ahead of the competition. In many places — even if it is possible to buy tickets online — it is too complicated, requires a lot of data and does not go as smoothly. We are aware that the sale of tickets online is a very important element of the market and we believe that everyone should develop it.
