How to sell passes online?

In addition to gift certificates and vouchers, online sales of passes are the most popular. If you run a fitness club, manage a gym or have your own dance studio, you should consider purchasing online passes for your facility.

Planning the online sale of passes

The fundamental issue when launching online sales of time passes is to determine how you want to serve the customer after purchase.

Option one

This is the most popular option in fitness clubs, gyms, dance studios and Aquaparks.

  1. The customer buys the pass online on your website.
  2. You set a specific number of days to activate the pass at your property, e.g. 7 days after purchase.
  3. The customer comes to the facility and presents the purchase confirmation, which he receives automatically to the email address after payment. You can verify the customer by name or by scanning a QR code.
  4. After verification, you enter the customer data into your customer service system (e.g. PremNet, eFitness, Gym Manager, Fitnet) and continue to serve the customer in accordance with the operating rules of your facility (e.g. issuing a magnetic card or extending the validity of an existing card).
  5. The validity period of the pass is indicated at the time of purchase (e.g. 1 month, 90 days). This period begins at the time of activation, that is, after entering the data into the customer service system.

Option two

This is an option often used in situations where you do not use a customer service system or there is no need to create a special account in such a system.

  1. The customer buys a pass on your website.
  2. The validity of the pass begins at the time of purchase of the pass online or from the date specified in the offer.
  3. When arriving at the property, the customer presents a confirmation of purchase, which he automatically receives to the e-mail address after payment. You can verify the customer by name or by scanning a QR code. More about verification.
  4. At each subsequent visit, the customer is required to present an online confirmation, and you can conveniently verify each subsequent input sharing using Terminal application.
  5. The pass can be configured in several ways:

  • Pass with a certain number of entrances
  • A pass that can only be used once a day
  • Pass without limits of use, valid for a certain period, e.g. 30 days after purchase or for the period of stay of the guest in the hotel facility cooperating with the recreation facility

Designation of a specific option in the Customer Panel

If you decide on a specific one of the above two options, mark it in the Customer Panel when adding the service. This way, the customer will know exactly what to do after buying online.
