Marketing consent
One of the main advantages of online sales that a stationary counterpart does not have is the marketing component. When booking and purchasing tickets online, we have a convenient and unobtainable opportunity to collect data about the person making the transaction. Thanks to them, you can effectively personalize offers and specify the promotion of attractions.
Among the most popular marketing activities, the effectiveness of which is proven in many tourist attractions and entertainment facilities, are:
- newsletter, i.e. regular informing customers about changes and curiosities about attractions,
- creation of dedicated offers, which are often sent by e-mail or as sms,
- contests and events.
Conducting various types of marketing activities, however, requires the consent of the client. In the Droplabs system it is possible to add such a field in the order summary. It is optional for the buyer to select.

The marketing consents obtained in this way are saved in the system, and their summary can be conveniently generated in the form of a report in the “Reports for the company” tab in the Droplabs Panel.
