Delivery of the order to the customer by a B2B partner
In case you want to allow a customer to purchase a ticket from your business partner (e.g. a cooperating hotel, guest house, travel agency), you can easily do so using the instructions below.
1. In the Purchasing Panel, select an option Buying.

2. Select the services you want to purchase for the customer. Add them to your cart and then click Go to cart.

3. Review the terms and conditions and complete the transaction.
4. You can provide the customer with the confirmation along with the ticket in several ways:
- downloading them, printing them and handing them to the customer personally,
- redirecting the received email to the client,
- quickly and conveniently by sending the ticket directly to the customer's email address.

Selecting an option Send an email to the customer's address it is important to familiarize the customer with the conditions of processing his personal data. You will find the consent form together with the Information Clause herein or by clicking on the link in the email address.

After completing the customer's e-mail address, confirming his consent and familiarizing the customer with the information clause, press the button Send an email to the customer's address.

Then the customer will receive an email containing a ticket that he can print, save on his phone or add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
