The Droplabs system attaches great importance to informing customers about what is happening in their online store. What does the ticket sales receipt look like? How is the object informed, as well as how is the customer purchasing the service? We answer!
At the time of recording the payment for the service, Droplabs automatically sends the customer an email with a summary of the order and order confirmation in the form of a ticket/voucher. The voucher or ticket is attached to the email. IN Customer Panel, by editing a specific service, you can customize the appearance of the Voucher.

The selected template always contains basic information that allows you to perform the service, such as:
- name and address of the object,
- date of implementation,
- the name of the service,
- full description of the service (except for the contact ticket),
- voucher number and unique QR code.
Option 1 — classic ticket
Classic ticket is simply a verbal confirmation of purchase. It contains all the necessary elements to execute the ticket properly, but does not stand out graphically. The only distinguishing element is the logo of your facility. This is a good option when you are selling tickets and you want them to be printed in the easiest way possible.

Option 2 — compact input
Distinctive compact inputAs its name suggests, it is its size. Unlike other ticket designs, where one ticket is placed on one sheet, the compact ticket allows you to place as many as 4 tickets on 1 A4 sheet. However, the smaller size does not affect the quality. This type of ticket still contains all the elements necessary for realization.

Option 3 — Admission with own graphics
Admission with additional custom graphics allows you to add your own photo or design of the ticket. If you like to create, you have time for it and you want a specific pattern, choose this variant. Own graphics can not only be an aesthetic complement to the ticket, but also perform a promotional function, such as being a voucher with a discount on services, informing about future events and curiosities about the object.

Option 4 — tickets in the form of a gift
Admission in the form of a gift is the perfect solution for fully graphic tickets. You can use the ready-made template prepared by the Droplabs team or add the graphics of your choice yourself. Stencils are an ideal option if you want to take care of the aesthetics of the voucher, but you do not have the opportunity to design your own design. Each of them is adapted to a specific occasion, such as a Valentine's or Christmas pattern.

How is the property informed about the purchase?
After recording the payment for the service, the customer immediately receives a confirmation of purchase and a ticket in the form of a Voucher. You, as the owner of the object, also receive information about the service sold. W Droplabs You have full control over the offer and the services you sell. The confirmation contains, among others, the name of the purchased service, its price and the buyer's data. The information is sent to the e-mail address provided by you.
