Physical delivery of tickets, passes and vouchers

Tickets to a tourist attraction or entertainment facility are a popular gift idea and every year this popularity is growing. When presenting a ticket or voucher as a gift, however, it is worth taking care of the appropriate form of presentation and the way of giving. For this purpose, the possibility of delivery of tickets in physical form will be useful.

By default, after purchasing a ticket in the Droplabs system, the user receives a ticket to the specified e-mail address in electronic form and can download the document from the purchase summary page. However, this is not the only possibility. Droplabs allows you to configure services that can be delivered to the customer in physical form. This can be personal collection, delivery by courier or through a parcel locker.

Delivery in physical form can be defined in a few simple steps through the Droplabs Panel:

  1. Go to the “Extensions” tab and in the “Delivery in physical form” click “Add +”.
  2. In the delivery method edit view, there are 3 pieces of information to enter:
    • delivery name — allows you to differentiate several options of the same type, such as Inpost Courier and DPD Courier,
    • the gross price of the delivery,
    • type of delivery — here you can choose personal pickup, parcel locker and courier.
  3. To enable delivery for another service, go to Service Management. At the bottom of the edit, click on “show more settings” and enable the delivery option in physical form.

It is also worth noting that delivery options are defined individually for each facility. Additionally, if you enable delivery for the selected service, all defined delivery options for that facility will be enabled.
