Thank you for visiting attractions and collecting customer feedback
The impression of visiting an attraction or other entertainment facility is not limited to the time spent there or customer service on site. It starts with the first contact with the attraction: whether by entering the website and social media profiles, or even reading the flyer etc. It is also worth taking care of small touches that can make a big difference, such as thanking customers for visiting attractions.
Thank you for visiting the attraction
We support attractions by complementing the experience and positive impression of their visitors. One day after logging in the use of tickets purchased through the Droplabs system, emails are sent thanking you for visiting the facility.

It is also worth noting that thanks are sent 1 time per order, and not after using each ticket separately. You don't have to worry about reproaching your customers with unnecessary emails if the order contained more tickets.
Gathering feedback after the visit
A thank you email is also an ideal place to collect impressions of attractions and time spent, so we offer the possibility to add a segment asking for feedback. The voice of customers is an integral part of shaping the best possible offer of any company. In addition, according to research, users willingly trust reviews left on the web, so collecting such data is also a tool to promote your attraction.

By turning on the feedback feature in the thank you email, you can redirect visitors to the page of your choice. You can collect comments and opinions on your website, business card on Google or TripAdvisor.
