Integrations

A wide variety of integrations are available to our customers, both with software and hardware for sales, customer service, access control, as well as key analytical and marketing tools.

Analytics and Marketing

The Internet is not only an effective sales channel, but also a powerful marketing and promotional medium.

To increase the effectiveness of our customers' promotional and sales activities on the web, we provide analytical integrations with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and DataLayer (Google Tag Manager).

With their help, it is possible to keep track of the behavior of customers, where they come from and how they make purchases. Based on a wide range of data, there is an opportunity to better specify marketing activities and improve the content transmitted and its form.

Google Tag Manager

The integration of the Droplabs system with Google Tag Manager gives you very great opportunities in monitoring sales results. We are talking about collecting transaction values for Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

As you know, we live in a world where internet marketing is based on analytics. Without concrete values, we do not know if our investments are profitable or not. The aforementioned integration opens the door to advanced optimization based on intelligent algorithms of advertising systems.

Moreover, the world is currently striving for considerable changes in terms of privacy policy, consent systems. When we have all the data in one place (i.e. in Google Tag Manager), it is easier for us to implement the appropriate systems to manage the relevant tags.

Take a step forward and take your business to the next level!

Entrance to the parking lot without a ticket

The customer drives up and collects the parking number, thus creating an unpaid ticket in Droplabs and reducing the pool of available tickets. After parking, he can conveniently pay for the ticket.

This solution is currently used in the Tatra National Park.

Entrance to the parking lot with a ticket

The registration number of the car is indicated when buying a ticket in the supplementary question.

At the entrance to the parking lot, the camera reads the registration number, then sends a question to Droplabs if the ticket is linked to it and, having received a positive answer, opens the barrier.

Wristbands

Integration with wristbands allows you to generate a wristband based on the purchased ticket online.

The customer makes a purchase via the Internet. When visiting attractions, it scans the QR code of the ticket. The device sends a question to Droplabs — whether the ticket is up to date and, after receiving a positive answer, generates and prints a wristband.

An example of the successful use of this solution is the Zatorland amusement park.

Gates and Reels

Integration with tools for maintenance-free access control, such as gates or turnstiles, ensures faster customer service at the entrance to the facility.

The customer scans the QR code. The system sends a question to Droplabs about the status of this ticket. If it is current, the client is admitted to the facility.

The automation of access control to the facility is used, among others, by Łeba Park.

Stationary sales

Droplabs can also be integrated with in-store sales tools.

The cashier creates an order, the system sends a question to Droplabs to make sure of the availability of tickets. They are drawn from the common pool, after which the cashier can finalize the transaction.

This form of sale is available in the Table Mountains National Park.

Ticket vending machines

Selling through ticket machines works well in many situations. One of the biggest advantages of this solution is the convenience of use for customers and less need for human resources to serve guests.

The ticket machine software updates the offer of attractions on an ongoing basis and collects available tickets. The customer independently selects the tickets, which are drawn from the common pool and, after summing up and paying, receives a ticket in printed or electronic form (depending on the selected ticket machine).

Display of available ticket numbers on boards and pages

Through the integration, it is possible to download up-to-date data on the available places in the attraction and display them on information boards or on the website.

Semi-automation of the process of issuing e.g. wristbands

The ticket purchased online is verified by the service of the tourist attraction and after confirming its validity, the customer receives a wristband or access card from the employee.

Sharing a QR code with a link to the e-shop at the entrance

Shortening checkout queues can be effectively solved by providing a printed or on-screen QR code at the checkout that directs you to online sales.
