How does the customer service system work in practice?

The customer calls the facility. Due to illness, unfortunately, he was unable to use the voucher for the service. It asks for a refund, and the service executes the request through the Droplabs panel. The refund was ordered during the interview.

When making a purchase, the customer mistakenly marked the wrong date of completion of the service. I send a request to the property to change the date to the correct one. The service, knowing the order number or e-mail address of the customer, makes the correction in a few clicks.

The client purchased an addition to the service in the form of delivery to the place of attraction. Thanks to the option of additional questions during the purchase, the customer will provide the driver with the appropriate address at which he is expected to appear in order to pick up the guests.
